To achieve the superior surface finish and feature definition of DLP-printed parts, a controlled cleaning process is essential. CleanPoint sequentially immerses DLP parts in two separate IPA or detergent vats. The primary vat captures most of the uncured resin, keeping the secondary vat clean. CleanPoint further enhances part quality by controlling the vortex direction, along with the plunge and draining times of the parts.
When using ultrasonic baths, overexposure or underexposure to IPA or detergent is a common issue. CleanPoint is specifically designed to automatically regulate exposure times, addressing this problem. It offers a hands-free solution, ensuring optimal part quality.
