Form Cure delivers controlled heat and light exposure to fully polymerize SLA parts, ensuring consistent mechanical properties, optimal strength, and reliable performance across a wide range of resins. General purpose resins can cure in just 60 seconds and engineering and biocompatible resins can cure in 3-15 minutes.
Optimized Temperature Control
Engineered to maintain uniform temperatures up to 80°C, Form Cure allows resins to reach their specified thermal and mechanical characteristics during post-processing. The unit can heat up to 60°C in 60 seconds and up to 80°C in 150 seconds.
Uniform, Diffuse Light Exposure
Advanced LED arrays provide consistent, diffuse light throughout the curing chamber to minimize part distortion and help achieve full material properties with improved dimensional stability.
